Do I talk about the most important aspects of the study (do I get to what is relevant): Yes, you did. You covered the elements here well.

I liked the way...
a) You included the opening figure to be able to explain the overall continuum. Good organizing tool.
b) You went through the method thoughtfully -- you broke down their five tasks and explained them thoughtfully. You gave the sample in a timely fashion right before the results.
c)I felt your conversation about the limitations were solid.

One suggestion is... some of the visuals were either clumped with b/w text or were hard to read (not emphasized with regards to. I am nit-picking.

I liked the way...GREAT, clear explanation of the continuum of adaptability of PD models. Set the stage for my understanding. I really liked your explanation and examples with the limitations. You speak so knowledgable and clearly about the topic and your understanding of what they did and why.

One suggestion is... Method slide was fairly dense. If you put the first bullet there, then just spoke on the other points, it might be a little easier to follow.

I liked the way...Ability to utilize slide notes as tools to explain clearly

One suggestion is... Better time management. Redundancy

I liked the way you spoke to the video feedback growth, and the break down of the results.

One suggestion is related to pacing, but you know that. It was very conversational and I appreciated it.

I liked the way you introduced the background and related research about the presented study in a very organized manner.

One suggestion is to visualize the procedures of the study to help audience connect the study design and results better. (the visual is already very good!)

I liked the way... you explained why professional identity was important and how it fit in with other questions about teacher learning. You made the questions very explicit and clear. You were VERY clear with your methods and description of the study, and I thought that the visuals were much better this time. You also used the brief quotes and statements very well.

One suggestion is... make clear what biographies mean from the start, because it wasn't clear until you showed the example. You were a little brief on your conclusions and limitations of the studies and would have run out of time but you were very clear.

I liked the way you paced the presentation and the clarity of the presentation. I appreciated that you provided explanation of the organization and terms that you used in the presentation.

One suggestion is the implication of this study can be further elaborated.

I liked the way... you contextualized the research study in other efforts. You included lots of context for the choices in sampling and statistical significance of the study. I'm glad that you mentioned that self-reports are limiting and that longitudinal effects are preferable. I liked how metered and calm you were during your presentation and I felt you were clear.

One suggestion is... your explanation of "positive outcomes" was a bit vague at the outset; once you mentioned correlation it was a bit clearer for me. I didn't see the visual for long enough to really be able to make sense of it; it would have been nicer to have something that supported what you were saying.
