He leads the faculty development initiatives, instructional design process, and the distance education programs serving faculty and students in over 100 countries around the world. He also has a background in K-5 teaching and Youth development. \r\n\r\nHis area of focus is on sound pedagogical processes and learner centered teaching approaches. His research is centered on faculty engagement and how it connects with student learning and engagement.
